WASHINGTON, DC — The DC Democratic Party conducted an online election using an encrypted ballot for District-Level Delegates to the Democratic National Convention. The allocation of the District-Level Delegates will not be final until we know the outcome of the June 2nd Democratic Primary Elections. Thirteen (13) district-level delegates will be elected and are divided by two (2) Congressional Districts, each consisting of four (4) wards. Congressional District 1 includes wa
